I've always heard about Nachusa Grasslands, but never actually made the effort to go over there. It's about (15) minutes away and is quite beautiful. The landscape stretches on and on and on, and, like the title says, is full of grass -- wild grass that rolls along these valleys and hills. Actually, I think I'm going to rename the grasslands to Little Galena because of the mini hills and the new subdivision going up near there. Rochelle and I had fun as it felt as though the spring was trying to break through. Mmm...sun.
